Hello! On June 7th I tried to enter the tain station, but when I checked in the doors didn't open and it didn't allow me to pass. I had to wait around 5 min for the door to let me check in again. The problem is that it took 12 euros from my account because the door didn't open and I couldn't enter and thus didn't check out. I want to kindly asm for a refund of mt money.

I'm sorry that there was an extra charge. If it was with NS you can contact our costumer service to have it corrected. If it was with another carrier, you can correct it via www.uitcheckgemist.nl.
