On Saturday, June 10th, on my journey between Amsterdam Zuid and Groningen, I sat in the first class seat (about 5 minutes) because I did not know beforehand. Later, when the card was checked, I immediately changed my place with the warning of the attendant. However, when I checked my expenses today, I saw that there was an extra charge of 20 euros. Can you fix this problem please.
