can I get back the money for a misplaced purchase?

Can I get back or delete a ticket that I purchased?

I purchased a groupticket for the wrong day, therefore I would like to change it, or delete the ticket,is it possible?

E-tickets cannot be changed and there is no refund. You may ask for leniency, but chances are little. 030 7515155.

 

There is a lot of fraudulent use, as you can still travel with it, even with a refund. That means effectively a free ride for a group. NS cannot be that foolish.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
