Subject: Issue with Debit Cards and Need Assistance
Dear NS services,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a recent issue I encountered with my debit cards, and I am seeking assistance to resolve the matter.
On the morning of October 2nd, I used my debit card for a transaction, and subsequently, I checked my account balance. Unfortunately, I realized that the balance on my card was lower than expected. In an attempt to address the issue, I decided to use another debit card for a separate transaction to see if the problem persisted. But unfortunately in the evening I found that the price of my traveling has reduced from my both debit cards.
Would you please correct them and help me how can I return my loosing money?
