On 30th December, I checked in to Utrecht Station using my OV chipcard number-3528050051775742. However, I took ticket to Eindhoven for the night train separately at the station as I was not aware that I need to buy a separate ticket. Checked out using this ticket and not my ovchip card .Now, I am not able to see the refund link on my NS profile. Could you please let me know how can I get my refund.

I'd recommend contacting our customer service to have this corrected, we can't do this for you here.
