Refund due to a lost card

Hello I lost my OV card on August 12, 2023, and therefore I buy two e-tickets.  I filed refund but I only got one refund on August 24, 2023. Could you please check the other refund with me. My name is Xu Liu and my card number is [deleted by moderator].  My email address is [deleted by moderator​​​​​​​].  Thanks.
