Hi! 

I have tried to purchase tickets for our trip. It ended with an error page. We have waited for several minutes and did not receive the usual email either. So my spouse purchased tickets for the same trip on his phone, using his own account. Right after his purchase was complete, I received the email with the tickets for the initial purchase that had not worked. Now we have two sets of tickets for the same trip.

We will use the tickets on the other account. How can I get a refund for the original purchase I made? I have not clicked the link in the email, so not downloaded to the app.
