Good morning, I have an NS Subscription and the other day I bought two tickets for two friends with the 40% discount. I didn't know about the peak hours so I had to bought other two normal tickets for the same journey. How can I ask the money back for the first two tickets that had the discount and we never use?

Etickets can't be changed or refunded.

You can try the customerservice. However they didn’t giving money back if the tickets are downloading.

Contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or X.

Usually you can't get a refund for an e-ticket, but if they're for the same journey on the same day for the same people, they might be lenient.
