get a refund for this Sunday's ticket

I made a wrong payment, so I cancelled it and want to get a refund from it. I should have made a reservation for this Saturday's ticket but I made a mistake that I bought this Sunday's ticket. Please give me a refund for the unused ticket of this Sunday.

If you haven’t opened or downloaded the ticket yet, you can contact the customer service for a refund. If you have already opened or downloaded the ticket, a refund is not possible.
