forgot to check out

Good morning, 

Today 15/10/23 i check-in in Rotterdam Alexander but forgot to check out in Rotterdam Centraal. Can you help me? 
 

Then i bough the basic ticket through the NS app to avoid the penalty. The number of the ticket is 71659661. 
 

i’d appreciate your help

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden

How can you forgot to check out in Rotterdam Central. There are gates which you have to pass with your card?

Because I was taking another train from Rotterdam Centraal to Utrecht centrum, with the ticket code ******* and Group ID ****-2/7
