I had a group e-ticket but i charged

Hello,

On 9th April we had a group ticket to clumborg to visit fairtrade, unfortunately because of my NFC was on, on my mobile, they charged me for the trip. i would really appreciate it to refund (40,00 Euros)

If you were charged because NFC was on, see https://www.ovpay.nl/en/travelcosts (after 6 days).

Alles hier post ik op persoonlijke titel, ben geen NS medewerker.
