I could see €-29.26 amount as customer service charge in my OV card on 19th Aug 2023. I want to know more details about this, why the amount is deducted? Kindly update.

It's advised not to post your card number here, as this community is accessible for anyone and you risk fraud by doing this.
Apparently you've enrolled for an NS Flex subscription. As you'll no longer need te credit on your card when travelling with monthly invoices of your travel costs, this is reimbursed (hence the minus sign) to you with "customer service" as description.
