I received a bill for 132.32 euros for the month. I payed for a card that gives free travel on weekends, and a 40% discount on travel outside peak hours on weekdays. The bill statement says that I paid full price even for travel outside peak hours. Why was the 40% discount not taken into account? Please review the report.

Welkom to our NS Community VaBa. What is the price of the season ticket itself on your invoice? If it's €34.95 that would indicate you don't have the extra option of 40% discount in the off peak hours.

+4Do have a look at your bill. I a lot of cases something went wrong with checking in and out - with a fine of 20 euro’s. You need tot check in during off-peak hours before you are eligible for a discount.
