I have a ticket from Biljmer to Eindhoven and return for 3rd nov. please let me know if anyone can use
+3E-tickets are strictly personal and can’t be used by anyone whose name is not on the ticket.
There is no refund for unused e-tickets either because NS has no system in place to cancel e-tickets in their system.
