I want to get a refund because of train blocked on 2nd of April from Groningen to Schipol airport

On 2nd of April, I took train from Groningen to Schipol airport. However, the train was blocked during the trip. I have to take buses and metro tranfered three times. I would like to get a refund from NS.

In case of a delay of 30 minutes or more you can request a refund of part of your ticket price, www.ns.nl/en/customer-service/refunds/refunds-for-delays-on-a-domestic-route.html.

 

Planned delays, for example work, will not be reimbursed.

Waren er geplande werkzaamheden? Dan krijg je geen geld terug als NS alternatief vervoer aanbiedt. Hoe heb je precies gereisd? Met welke vervoerders en hoe laat?
