I lost my anonymous chip card few days back and it had balance amount .what needs to be done

    There are no options but buying a new card. The balance on the old card is lost.

    I did check with NS service centre they asked me to claim it online

    The money on the card is gone. You cannot claim it back.

    @John CJ There must have been a misunderstanding. An anonymous card isn't registered anywhere. If the card is lost, NS has no means of knowing who the owner of the card is. It's similar to losing cash.
