I’m trying to order OV chip card for my 5 years old daughter online but it always thrown error at the payment page about incorrect passport photo.
I have tried with different photos even the photo specific to Netherlands passport requirement but gives the same error.
Can anyone help on that?

This is a known problem. We're working hard on a solution for those who have now problems with ordering. A workaround could be to order an OV-chipcard directly from its own website and order the subscription once you received the card. If you need further assistance with this, it's best to contact our customer service.
