I recently used my card, but I can't find any history of use, so I don't know how much is charged each time. My travel record is zero.

I recently used my card, but I can't find any history of use, so I don't know how much is charged each time. My travel record is zero.

1.the last week there are/were many disturbances in the system, too many, as even NS itself admitted

2.what many people also do not realise in these times of ´allonapp´: you have to open site, then mijnNS-then you get to see (if it is working) the travel record per card+cost. NOT via app.
