How to refund a wrong booking date ticket?

Hi Dear Madam/Sir, when I was booking ticket from Delft to Breda, I chose the wrong date. Like, I wanted to book the ticket of 25th January i.e Tomorrow. However, I chose the wrong date, i.e today. It is not possible to use it today cuz it is very late, 21:55 PM now. So I wonder is it possible to get a refund? My order number is ****.

Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel an e-ticket after purchase. If the ticket has not been opened it is best to contact our customer service. Then we can still cancel it out of goodwill.

The ticket has not been opened it means I didn’t download the PDF? I am sorry I did that.

And the service told me that’s not possible to cancel.

If you downloaded it no refund is possible.
