I wrongly purchased two tickets with the same direction of travel. Is there anyway that they can help rectify this?

Usually it's not possible to change or get a refund for bought e-tickets. But if they are identical (name, date, route) you could contact Customer Service to see if they're willing to be lenient and reimburse you.
