+4With a new Flex subscription you only have to activate when you put it on an existing card without Flex. . This is only once on a ticket machine. With Flex on a new card or on a card with an existing Flexsubscription there is no need to activate. It is effective immediately after het confirming email, this is within an hour and mostly a lot faster.
When you really do have to activate it has to be done on the ticket machine.
