NS Flex card hasn't delivered yet


Hi!

I ordered a NS flex card on last April 10. However, I haven't received the chipkaart yet. My order ID is 

R01_0211255411

How unfortunate that you have not yet received this. Best thing you could do is contact the customer service of the OV-chipcard by calling them on 0900-0980. To help you with this, I do however recommend to contact our customer service first, as we might be able to provide you with the card number. Click here to contact them.
