I ordered the subscribtion for 40% off (5€per month). I’ve already had a card but I applied for a new one in mistake when ordering this product. How can I cancel it?

You do need to contact Customer Service. You can’t do this yourself.


The new card is free. If you don't have an other subscription on the old card you could just leave it, use the new card and keep the old one as backup.
