Why can't I subscribe on NS now.

Tried several times to subscribe the weekend Vrij and this page always comes up and I can't get to the next step

Could you check your Mijn NS account whether all details are filled in? If that does not work, I recommend trying a different browser or device. If that does not work, I recommend contacting customer service to check whether they can see why you aren't able to order.
