Hello, On 11 December I was traveling from Utrecht Central to Amsterdam Airport when I lost my way and got lost. I didn't know where to go so I asked someone for directions and forgot to check in. Now I've received an email saying I forgot. I know I made a mistake but I really didn't remember.

How can I get my money back?
