On 2nd of April, I took train from Groningen to Schipol airport. However, the train was blocked during the trip. I have to take buses and metro tranfered three times. I would like to get a refund from NS.

 

Waren er geplande werkzaamheden? Dan krijg je geen geld terug als NS alternatief vervoer aanbiedt. Hoe heb je precies gereisd? Met welke vervoerders en hoe laat?
