Do you have Weekendvrij second class and did the trainconductor check your card in the first class? Are you sure about your check out with the same company?

I don't know where you travelled to, but it could be that you made the check out at a different operator?
We can only tell for sure what happened or what went wrong by looking at your personal details, for which you can contact our Customer Service. However, it's likely that the specific trip hasn't been fully processed yet, which may also be the explanation of how it’s showing now. My advise is to keep an eye on the transaction and if it's still showing like this at the end of this week, contact our Customer Service. They can then have a look if something went wrong and if so, how to correct it. You can reach them by phone (030-7515155), via Twitter and Facebook, or you can start a chat conversation (option 'Chat with NS').
This looks like a missed checkin/out, but should not lead to costs with Weekend Vrij on a Sunday.
