something wrong with the NS felx unlimited travels on weekend

Hi! I bought your unlimited weekend NS flex 2 months ago, but now I check my bill and found that I don't really get a free weekend trip but 40% discount for my trips. I really don't undersdand what happened.

Maybe you dont have weekend free but weekend discount 40%. Check MijnNS.

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
