Currently I dont have a OV-chipkart. Therefore, I will apply for NS Flex and request a OV card to my adress which will be delivered to my address in a week.
Should I wait for the card to arrive my address to benefit the NS Flex advantages, or can I immediately start using the service and buy tickets via mobile app or NS website after I pay the monthly fee of the product?

When you order NS Flex on a new card the earliest starting date is 7 days after order date. In those 7 seven days the card will be produced and sent to you. You can not use NS Flex before this starting date.
