Hi! I just paid the <ns <flex subscription (2.5 EUR) and I asked to be sent the OV Chipkart. The payment has been successful as iit appears in my bank account but it does not say anything about it in my NS page. Neither I received an email saying that I will receive the card. Is it everything okay?

Everything is okay 🙂 The subscription won't appear in Mijn NS until the starting date.
I'm not sure if you should have received a confirmation e-mail immediately. Maybe it was classified as spam?
