I bought a group ticket online with friends from Groningen and Arnhem on 1st Oct. But when I needed to check out, I forgot to use my tickets but used my ov-card to check out. Today, I just noticed that this journey was charged. Could I request a refund? Thanks.

You have to do those things yourself-there is a site ´uitcheckgemist´ but I assume, as Arnhem/main has gates, you now have in fact a missing checkIN and this usually can only be rectified by calling in person the service centre. As Arnh has both gates of NS and ARRIVA you also have to check which one you used and approach that one
