I bought a dayreturn e-ticket from Tilburg to Breda but I accidentally put the wrong date, so I had to buy another ticket in the end. How can I get my money back for the ticket I didn't use?

When it is opened or dowloaded, there is no refund. I cannot be seen whether it is used or not.

You may have used it, and that would be a free ride when you get your money back. When you did not open it, contact Customer Service, but only in that case. Otherwise it has no use.
