Tickets unavailable at Mijn tickets list

Hey, 

I bought the tickets for tommorrow trip before creating the account at NS website. And now after registering tickets are still not listed at My Tickets section in NS App. What should I do now to obtain the tickets?

Etickers are not linked to your Mijn NS account. You should have received an email with a link to import the tickets into the NS app when you open the email on your smartphone.

Thanks. Topic can be closed now. I opened the mail once again and clicked at the link Ga naar mijn kaartjes and then the one to open tickets in the NS App. And now everything is fine. Thank you
