Ask for Refund

Hi,

Yesterday, I asked the NS Chatbox about my situation. I checked my bank account and saw that NS charged me 20 euros on February 11th, even though I had paid for my subscription. I mentioned this issue in the NS Chatbox, and the staff informed me that I needed to activate my subscription and that I could come back to request a refund.

I have now activated my subscription. May I request a refund?
