مرحبا ، لدي رصيد على بطاقة NS الخاصة بي. ومع ذلك ، سيتم خصم المبلغ المستحق من حسابي المصرفي. لماذا لا يتم خصم المبالغ من رصيد البطاقة؟

Allowed languages here are Dutch and English. Please use a translating machine. We can do that as well, but it is more polite that you do so. Hardly anybody speaks and reads Arabic. It is not a main or important language here. Arabic also does not have status, so that people need to adapt. Besides that, more people will react.

Did you recently switch to NS Flex? If so, then all travel will be paid by direct debit from your bank account. Any balance you still had on your chipcard will be subtracted from one of your first invoices.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.

If you have a NS Flex subscription, then you travel on account and not with the balance of your OV-chipcard as rvdborgt has stated. If you have any questions regarding the subscription, don't hesitate to ask them.
