Hi! My bag got stolen with my personal NS card in it. Now I am trying to block it and get a new one. However, since I did not link it, I need the expiry date to do it, which is not accessible without my card. Therefore, I am wondering if one of the officer could please maybe help me check what the expiry date of it?

I reported a card loss to customer service and a replacement card was provided but the customer service cancelled the subscription without my permission. Emails were sent to inform me that I opted for the service unsubscription. The staff admitted on a phone call that they deactivated the subscription. Why card replacement results in cancellation of an active subscription?
