Ticket bought (subscription not used)

I have a subscription with NS.NL but bought a work trip ticket and paid for it directly (so not through my OV chip card or subscription). When I log into my account on NS.NL it only seems to show my travel history as per my OV Chip usage. I want to find a record of the journey I took using my ticket for invoicing purposes but alas, can't seem to find it anywhere. Any one have any idea where I can locate this?

You can use the eticket itself for invoicing purposes. It's available as a pdf file through the email you received when you ordered it. Since you cannot check in or out with an eticket, NS doesn't record this in the travel history. (Passing gates doesn’t count as checking in or out.)
