refuse of not used tickets

I tried buying a ticket online via app and the two rime I tried it said if didn't go through, so I bought the ticket on the machine at the train station the next day. After I was already on the train I received an email with the two tickets I tried to buy the day before. I need to ask fora refund how do I do that?

Contact Customer service, 0307515155. The tickets do have to be identical and it is likely that you will have a refund. English is spoken.
