Refund link does not show up when I clicked on journey that I forgot to check out

Hello,

I forgot to check-out at Rotterdam which I was travelling from Groningen to Paris. I took eurostar at rotterdam central. Now NS mistakenly completed my journe. I clicked on the travel to ask refund but no link avaiable.
