I have subscribed to a monthly pass for NS at present, but is it charged according to the natural month? Because I noticed that the amount is charged at the beginning of each month. If I cancel the subscription on the 15th of next month, will the remaining part of my subscription fee for the next month be refunded(about 353*15/30)?

NS Flex is billed monthly on the same date of the month, see Products in Mijn NS for the starting date.

You can change a subscription at any date after one month and will be refunded accordingly, usually within a week.
