I was traveling to India on 9th November via Schiphol airport from Utrecht. When I exited from the platform I swiped my card but I think by mistake it was swiped twice. Now I am in India and received an email saying that I was charged for a return journey from Schiphol to Utrecht. Can anyone tell me how can I claim a refund for this incorrect charges? In MyNS app I don't see an option under the transaction for initiating refund. Please help
