I recently received a letter from NS with my compensation confirmation. However, the bank account to which the compensation money should be transferred is no longer available. I tried to use a customer service chat, but it always disappears and I cannot normally communicate with agents. What should I do?

What a shame the account is no longer available. Customer Service can be reached in many different ways. I would advise you to try again. My colleagues can then help you.
It's also possible to respond to the email you received, but keep in mind it could take a whole while before you will get a response again. Contacting Customer Service will definitely be faster.
