On 4th April, my account has been debited with 27,52 euros. It mentions “To Ns groep iz NS reizigers”.

why am I charged ?

You can check your Mijn NS account for an invoice, as this charge should have an accompanying invoice as well. If you can't find an invoice or don't have a Mijn NS account, you can contact our Customer Service for this. You can reach them by phone (030-7515155), via Twitter and Facebook, or you can start a Chat conversation (option 'Chat with NS').

Good afternoon I have been charged 43 euros when I have no subscription and have been out of the country for more than a month. I would like to know why I'm being charged this.
