Is it possible that your contract has not started yet? You will see the contract in your My NS-account when the contract has started. If the contract has already started, then please contact our customer service so they can check this for you.
If you ordered the subscription on a new card, the starting date will always be a week after the orderuing date (or even later if you chose a different starting date).
The new card comes with NS Flex (Basic) already on it. On February 12th, this will automatically change to Weekend Vrij.
You can already use the card but at no discount until Sunday the 12th.
