Dear Sir or Madam,

I don't really understand how the total amount is € 138.23, and why I am charged Full rate during rush hour € 93.00! Where can I send an overview from this month's travels so someone can help me?

You can find a detailed invoice in Mijn NS (the website, not the app; go to Betaaloverzicht/My payments). That will tell you why the amount is higher than you expected.

If after looking at the invoice you still feel that you are being charged too much, or if you can't find the detailed invoice, then you should contact customer service directly. They can tell you what the higher amount is for, and correct an incorrect invoice.
