I want to return my money

Hi. 22 of February I must go from Hillegom to Amsterdam, but I want to cancel this trip and return my money. Help me do this.

Hi ​@NikolaisDu . Once you have purchased a ticket in the NS app or on the NS website, there's no way to return it and get it refunded.

 

If you didn't purchase a discounted ticket: in the future it may be easier to not purchase a ticket but use your bank/debit/credit card to check in and out. Then the correct (full fare) amount is automatically charged, and you can decide last minute when and where you want to go. See https://www.ovpay.nl/en for more info - this works in all Dutch public transport, train, bus, etc.
