My Eticket won't load on Account & my bank was changed Twice

My visa card bank was charged twice when I purchased an Eticket. I did not receive any email confirmation but the money is pending on my bank account for both transactions. On top of this, the Tickets don't load on my account and I have no way of accessing them. I need help asap.

I’m sorry to read that you've not yet received your tickets. You can best contact our Customer Service, which is fastest by phone (030-7515155) or chat (option ‘Chat with NS’). My colleagues should be able to help you.

I received an electronic ticket at 16:04 with the reference number: 08_27_2022.  003001155612485 I bought online from Arnhem to Assen, but the ticket was not issued and emailed to me.  Please refund the ticket amount.
