I ordered a new Ov card one month ago and it still didn’t arrived at my adress. Coud it be send again? Because in the meantime i am paying for a suscribtion I can’t use ! NS Flex.

I am sorry to read that you didn't get your OV-card. We can't send the card again. The OV-chipcard is made and will be send by the company of the OV-chipcard. You can contact them to ask where this card is. If you want to travel, please contact our customer service for temporary travel right.
