Hi,

i just bought an eticket in my app for my friend that came to visit, how can i send it to her?

The e-ticket can be shared by sending them the confirmation e-mail, so they can open the link and import the ticket in their NS application.

    Hi, the ticket is not loading on the NS app. I receive the email and try to open through the NS app but it says that there are no tickets.

    Same here. I would like to know the reason  too. The robot at the klantenservice does not know …..

    It should be possible to chat with a human. You can also call them. See:
