Hello. I have been purchasing tickets with my bank card via the NS application for the last 3 times. Money is deducted from my card but the e-ticket does not appear. I have to purchase it again. What should I do?

Check in/out with your bankcard and not buy etickets anymore.

If you did purchase an e-ticket but not receive it then please reach our customer service. My colleagues can send the tickets again.
